NO! the fact is that people think they will lose wright if they fast...thats not the case...see the body in the time when u dont eat really loses some weight...but thats mostly not fat...and again when u start eating normally...the protective mechanism of the body will start working again building up the stock it lost during ur fasting...so if u wanna lose weight change the way u eat...eat fruit, vegetable, less fat, carbohydates...and moreover exercise: run, dance, cycle, do yoga...make some light cardiovascular exercises keeping ur pulse at the range of apx 130 beats per min...and u will lose weight. fatsning is a very unhelthy way...it damages ur body...and most importantly it never works...as u get fat all over again!

No, because when you fast, your body goes into the mode where it doesn't let you lose anything. It thinks it is starving and so it will try to preserve fat and not realizing you have gobs of it to get rid of it.
Now the bible does say it's good to fast and it is. It does purify the body and so forth, so yes, it's good to fast, just not to loose weight.

The answer that Bill has said is by far the best option for controlling your weight.
I am not a believer of all these so called 'diets' out there. They are a pile of rubbish and are not good for you.
Exercise, eat healthy and drink healthy. Not only will you feel good on the inside, but it will show on the outside..... Keep this system going and youll look fab.... but you must stick to it.

No. Because you will just end up shoving twinkies down your throat again in 2 days and will gain it all back. Try eating healthy and in moderation. That is the best cure for and prevention for obesity.
