It would depend on the day and the flow. If your flow is heavy, use a super tampon or if it is light the slimfit should be fine

You can use any tampon. As long as it fits your flow. You always need to wear a tampon. If you cough or sneeze you can have an embracing moment of blood around you.

Any kind is fine, so long as your comfortable wearing it. If your period is normal, try using a light tampon. It's safer to use a size smaller tampon for your period so's to reduce the risk of TSS.

Tampax Tampons are the best.
If your going to swim just use the most exsorbant tampon.

only use one if your flow is at its heaviest other wise you actually don't need to wear one while swimming. that part of the body closes it self off when in water so your flow is also shut off at that time, but put one in as soon as you can once your out of the water cause it opens up right away.
