im having irregular bleeding at first it was spotting a few days before my period then i had headaches and naseau then the next week i had my period. it went like normal the five days then stopped for two. Next day i went to use the restroom number 1 and wiped and i saw light pink blood. this has been going on for two weeks. everymorning i see it and i have to wear pads and i see light brown spotting somebody help also one thing that has happened i was in military for five months didnt have my period for four months then could this have something to do with it?

did you discontinue birth control recently? it sounds like it from what you wrote. You might also be suffering from endometriosis, inflammation of the endometrium (lining of the uterus). Its when pieces of your endometrium come out and attach themselves on various other places in your body, however this causes pain. Your aforementioned problem doesn't seem that serious however I might visit an OB/GYN for further and proper diagnosis.

Irregular bleeding can be due to various factors such as hormone imbalance, imbalance diet, and sometimes due to the production of multiple follicles. Light brown spotting are often seen in the above cases. I would suggest you to see a gynecologist and Also try to get a scan done.

Go to the doctor and get checked out. you may need to go on the pill for a while to get regulated again
