Well I was wondering if a girl's "thing" can smell bad at times. is it normal? I mean I take a shower everyday, but it can stink if I don't take a shower the next day, but mostly I only take a shower at night and it can stink too if I wait for a few hours.

well I do get discharge sometimes, its kinda like goo white, sometimes green

Every woman has a smell there and like others have said, some are stronger than others. Discharge is normal, but not if it's yellow or green. Medicated douches get rid of bacteria but there is also "good" bacteria in a woman's vagina that help fight the bad, like the ones that cause yeast infections. If you decide to use a medicated douche, you need to eat yogurt to replace the good bacteria. You can also get some yeast infection medicine to help with any itching or discomfort you may have from an infection.
You should shower daily for good hygeine and wear material that "breathes" there, like cotton. You should also change your panty liner or pad (or tampon) frequently if you do not already do this. Not doing so can increase your chances of various infections, as well as increasing odor.
A few years ago my doctor told me a home-remedy for yeast infections. You will need a douche kit and sweet acidophilus milk. You heat the sweet acidophilus milk (about 2 cups if I remember correclty) to be as hot as you can stand it and then douche.

Yes, it's normal, but feminine odors can be caused by a lot of things. You may try douching with a medicated douche like Summer's Eve, no more than twice a week to cleanse and rebalance the natural flora that occurs in the vagina. If your odor is accompanied by unusual heavy or white discharge, you would be advised to see your physician to rule out a yeast infection or other condition.

THis is normal, you are suppose to have some scent. If it is very pungent and you also have a thick discharge you could have a yeast infection otherwise it's natural. Also do not douche it is very bad for you, it can make the problem worse by opening you up to infections. The vagina is like a self cleaning oven.

It is somewhat normal but using douche may help the problem for a while if you are feeling uncomfortable about it.

You probably have a yeast infection or something. Go to the doctor -- it can be treated easily and it's common. Don't worry.

as long as there is no discharge (i.e. "goo") you should be okay. I suggest wearing cotton panties that are not too tight and freshen up with wipes when you potty!!

ya it perfactly normal it happens 2 every gurl enless there put a air freshener in there underwear but other then that its normal dont worry

girl, i be feelin the same way about myself...i be so self-conscious! lol ... i guess with women, theres a certain smell wit that thing lol...just some of ours are stronger than others lol...
