First you probably need to determine what is causing you to have bad breath. Is it a lack of oral hygiene or is there an underlying medical condition?
If it's simple oral hygiene, then I would recommend as others have, brushing your teeth at least twice a day, morning & always before you go to bed, flossing..(food in teeth can not only stink, but can cause tooth decay)..the tongue scrapper is an excellent tool or simply brush your tongue with your toothbrush. Also use a dental rinse.
Keep Clorets, gum, mints available during the day if you are not able to brush your teeth during the day, but remember too much of these with the sugar is also bad for your teeth! Keep a little bottle of mouth wash tucked in your desk drawer, in your glovebox or your purse for a quick refeshing swig.
Most folks don't realize that certain things can give them "Stinky Breath" & I'm not talking about the classic garlic or onions either...most people know what those smell like & some don't even consider that a "bad" odor....however with some people certain foods and beverages leave a foul odor: milk, coffee, lattes, soda pop, certain snack foods like fatty donuts, cakes, candy bars, cheeses, yogurts, protein bars, health shakes & energy drinks can cause bad breath.
Some people actually food allergies or food reacactions..that aren't necessarily an allergy. You may want to incorporate the help of a good friend, significant other or relative to please let you know when they notice your breath is a little foul....this may help you pinpoint what you have eaten or drank recently that could be causing it...or the lack of something, ie forgot to brush teeth...lol!
Best Wishes!

Chew a piece of parsley as that freshen's the breath up, maybe you have an underling problem that is causing it and maybe a visit to the dentist is worth it, try brushing your tongue too that seems to help.
