Go to your local Social Services agency and find out how you would qualify. They will give you a form to fill out and you would need proof of disability, and other kinds of proof. Milwaukee has public housing, which goes according to your income. Your local Social Services agency would know where to go, if they don't handle this kind of assistance. <*)))><
