just wondering since usually i have a healthy normal appetite but for a few days i havn't been feeling up to eating. I like eating and food when i'm hungry but i havn't been up to much. could something be up?

Like a really really strong funky stinky smell....like that is not normal urine smell....
Pee is kind of cloudy too...
I've been to the Dr. just a week ago and this has been going on for awhile...usually only in the A.M.
Should I be worried.
I don't feel like i have anything...

My dermatologist prescribed me to take Isotretinoin for 30 days, and at the same time I've to see my dentist coz I've to undergo 4 surgeries (remove 4 impacted teeth, i've already did 1 of 3, i've to go again next week for the others), is it safe that i've been taking isotretinoin if I'm going for a surgery/while having existing wound (the operation)?
And do I really have to follow the 30-day long of taking isotretinoin? (would it be useless if I stop it?)

I feel really tired and fatigued.my head is too heavy and feel like I need to sleep for days.but I already have enough sleeping.

Im starting a new job in a week that requires me to be up at around 7am. I've been falling asleep at six in the morning so I have to do something to get me back on track. Im twenty years old, and I dont have medical insurance so I cant really go to the doctor about this. I've tried not having any caffine all day and I've even turned to nyquil to put me asleep but nothing has really helped.

If anyone has some suggestions I would apperciate it.

Im the type of person that bottles any anger or sadness up just to make other people happy and because I live with a father whom has anger issues (Im afraid to yell back or say anything when he says something or yells at me).

Ive been bottling everything up for a long time and recently, every time I get angry I end up waiting till everyone is out of the house and either break something (of mine), falling into a habit ive developed (biting the back of my hand, sometimes to the point of breaking the skin), or hitting a wall or door.

If I dont do any of the above things, I start to feel sick and get horrible pains in my stomach for a while after. What should I do to relax and should I talk to my doctor? Im not a mean person and I hate getting like that.

Frequent burping started from stomach pain, then the burping, after 2-3 day, burping is accompanied by chest pain. After seeing doctor, I was given omeprazole capsule n domperidone tablets . 3 days after taking the medicine, frequent burping remains the same although the pain on the chest was lessen.
