There has been scientific research that suggests if you get the proper amount of sleep, you will grow more. but that alone won't do. Nutritrion and excersise are a large part too. Also keep in mind, that males grow taller later the females, if yu're male. It can take up until the age of 23 before you reach your true height. My brother didn't start getting tall until he turned 17... now we cant get him to stop!

You do grow when you sleep, so if you dont get enough sleep you may not grow to your full potential, however there is also a genetic component and you wont keep growing once you have reached you full height. At fifteen though you should still be growing so make sure to get your sleep!

Yes you can grow while you sleep, but sleeping more just to grow taller, no. Your growth pattern is based on your DNA. You maybe at your max height, or you could gain several inches. Tall people can see the clouds, but short people can kick tall people in the shins!

Its funny how questions are so alike in UK and Australia! I have seen this one many times before.

Your height is determined at the moment of conception by your genetics. Poor diet, disease, accident or toxins can decrease it, but nothing can increase it, not sleep, not exercise, not diet not vitamins and not supplements.

No. There is nothing you can do to promote growth. Other that staying healthy and not abusing your self with things that will stunt your growth, like drugs, or whatever.
