hi, i was in my health class and the teacher asked the question, "which of the 5 sense can u live without" and i chose my sense of taste because i couldnt live without the others. then i thought about it more and i came to the conclusion that if i couldnt taste anything, food would be less appetizing and i wouldnt want to eat it.(im overweight by the way) also, i would be able to eat certain fruits and vegetables that i dont like. i know there is a condition called anosmia where you loose your sense of smell and in addition, your sense of taste, but i just want to lose my sense of taste for a while. even if it were permanent, i dont care. ive had my share of tasty foods. the only downside would be that i cant tell if something has gone bad if it looks fine. but id just have to be more careful. is there anyway that i could get rid of my sense of taste.

I have pointy ears that stick out. They don't lay flat on my head like regular ears. How can I fix them without plastic surgery?

I am not trying to be gross, but I had SERIOUS runs and stomach problems for 24 hours I thought I was going to die. THe only thing out of the ordinary that I did was take 3000 mg of vitamin C two days in a row prior to that. Could that have caused it? Either that or I am thinking a nasty case of food poisoning.!

3 months ago my mother ended up in ER, they said it was high blood pressure (her symptoms were those of a heart attack).
Total amount for 1 night stay is $14,000. She does not qualify for Medical, (she overstayed her VISA). She called the hospital to negotiate the amount, (like a payment plan) but the billing department said they do not work that way.

Can they go after my dad's wages if they find out they are legally married. Help!! She does want to pay, they saved her life; but the amount is just outrageous

Is it ethical for pharmaceutical companies to do so? Or should healthcare professionals be responsible for introducing prescription drugs to patients, given that they are more knowledgeable in this area.

The glue/adhesive includes DMDM hydantoin in other words formaldehyde. When you go to the following Webpage from Health Canada www.hc-sc.gc.ca/iyh-vsv/environ/formaldehyde_e.html
you will read that formaldehyde causes cancer.
