I have pointy ears that stick out. They don't lay flat on my head like regular ears. How can I fix them without plastic surgery?

I really dont think that you can "fix" them without surgery. But you can do some things to cover them up. Like wearing your hair long and down. Try asking your hair dresser to give you a cut that will help hide them if you are insecure about them.

this may sound stupid, but my friend told me that her dad use to have ears like yours, so every night his mom taped them back.... eventually they became normal. Otherwise, another one of my friends has pointy ears, she puts her hair either behind her ears or uses a headband to draw the attention away form her ears.

Oh girl, don't stress it. Just wear your hair down to cover. If you choose to wear it up, don't wear a tight pony tail, make the hair puff out a little more my using the end of a comb (this is hard to explain online). Don't worry...

You could pull them back with spirit gum. Same stuff that Hollywood make-up artists use to change actors' appearances.
