I have quite a hyperactive, distractive mind that only works properly when it's doing an intense activity. If it's not doing an intensive activity, it constantly seeks one. Consequently, I find it very difficult to settle down enough to go to bed in the first place. When I do, my mind tends to think of various topics constantly, so it's difficult to relax.
Does anyone else have a similar problem? If so, how do you get yourself from normal everyday life (or in my case, hyperactive daily life!) - into a relaxed mood so you can go to bed and sleep?
