See your Doctor to rule out any medical problems that could be causing your constipation. If everything is OK, then you should eat more fibre, (you should be getting about 20 to 25 grams per day in your diet) and drinking more water ( about 8 glasses).
There are some natural laxatives that could help: Sienna tea - this should not be used everyday - its more a colon cleanse. I find ginger root a good natural laxative. Have about an inch - grate it into come hot water to make a tea and drink all of the fibre.

It took me many years to discover that drinking milk made me constipated. My doctor thought that a little weird but when I avoid milk I am ok. Even just one glass will set me up for a week. This was also true for my mother. Now a limit my milk intake and I also found out that Sunny Delight does the opposite. Humm. now I can have the milk I like and Sunny D too. :)
I also found out the avoiding red meats caused problems.
Milk may not be the reason for you. It is not for most people. But it would not hurt to try avoiding milk for a week to see if it helps.

usually poor diet, stress, or a change in diet, try speaking to a doctor if you are constipated for more than 3 days at a time, and if you have already tried to improve your diet (eating more fiber (fruits and veggies), whole grains, and prune juice), also stay hydrated, lots of water, and NO JUNK FOOD or EATING OUT. we all know that is unhealthy. hope this helps.

1. you need more fiber in your diet
2. you need to drink more water (68oz daily)-not coffee, soda, tea
3. you need calcium and magnesium daily. An adult women needs at least 1,200mg Calcium Citrate and 700mg Magnesium. Try this and you will eliminate regularily-no more constipation. Good luck, I know, have been there.

may be you take improper food .if you are stress you will be constipated. try eating prunes and drink milk with it it works well on constipation
