There are some very interesting points in the above.......
Most importantly we have to remember that the Past is dead and gone. Nothing can be done to change what has happened.
But we can and should try really hard not to make the same mistakes again, and to forgive ourselves and those who have hurt us. I know it's not easy but if one is to heal old wounds and move on it MUST BE DONE!
And always listen to that little voice in your head.......it's always right.

Yes, once there was an old Barry White album that I wanted, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I tried Our Price (when it was still around) HMV and Virgin Megastore, no luck though.
In the end I managed to track it down at Greenwich market in South East London.

Yes, and it's great! My own soul-searching came through reading Dr. Wayne Dyer's books. They teach you how to be a self-actualized, no-limit person. Great advice! I highly recommend everyone read his books, especially his first three! But by soul-searching, you find the best friend, ally and asset you could ever have: YOU! What you need to learn how to do is trust your own "inner signals" on how you should live your life. It's a great process! By all means, do it!

yes many times...I had to do a lot of soul searchng when i left my husband because I did not want to be responsible for what had happened to us....In doing it,I found that i could have done a lot of things different ,I also found out that I was right about and few things and also wrong about a few things..Then i weighed them against each other and when I did I understood that even doing a lot of things that i should not have, and I learned from them too...that the choice that I made was the only choice that I felt was good for me and my future......Soul searching is really a good way to check yourself..

Because I'm fearful of making the same stupid mistakes I've made in the past, I try to do some serious soul searching every day. It helps me keep things in perspective and inspires me to try to make a difference in the world.

soul searching is serious thought on a subject, that is based on good moral judgment and modern laws. the end result should be good and sound, it should be what is best for that situation, example- you steal something and know one knows but you, but it was wrong and after thinking of what you did you confess and turn yourself in you may suffer because of what you did but eventually everything works itself out. if u don't have a conscience u are sociopath and i cant help you

yes, I found myself desperate for someone to love me and continued being in terrible relationships one after another. After the last one, I was determined to stop the cycle and took the time to learn to love myself enough to not continue to let men treat me wrong and walk all over me. Thank goodness I found a great man who loves me and treats me well...I dont have to need him but I am sure blessed to have him.
