Help! i've been working out for two years and i was doing a check up the other day and i realized my upper thighs and bottom are so watery and jiggly! what exercises help those areas?

Because I can't see you and what you look like over all. I couldn't get in to specifics on what exactly you need to make those thighs firm and tight. My suggestion is to get a session with a qualified personal trainer. They should be able to point you in the right direction to solve you problem.
