When I was pregnant, my thyroid medication went up to 100mg (pre pregnancy dosage was .50). My doctor still has me on the 100mg and I find that I am very tired (I had my baby in September). Could this be a side effect of a too high dosage? I tried to find answers on the internet, but to no avail. Any thoughts?

My husband has to get up at 5:30 every morning to get ready for work. He sets an alarm, and so do I. I wake him up, but unless I poke and prod at him for almost a half hour he doesn't stay awake. What are some ways that are less taxin on me, that will get him up and keep him up?

Note: He claims it's because there is no sun when he gets up.

Will it really hurt. I know it's a good thing to get it removed. But i really hate needles. And am scared about the process.

Genetically-engineered bovine growth hormone (rBGH) in milk increases cancer risks.
American dairy farmers inject rBGH to dairy cows to increase milk production.

European nations and Canada have banned rBGH to protect citizens from IGF-1 hazards.

Monsanto Co., the manufacturer of rBGH, has influenced U. S. product safety laws permitting the sale of unlabeled rBGH milk. (Monsanto would lose billions of dollars if rBGH were banned in America.)

Q. Is there any milk not contaminated with rBGH and IGF-1?
A. Yes. Milk that is clearly labeled “NO rBGH” is free of rBGH and does not contain excess levels of IGF-1.

Q. What about cheeses?
A. American-made cheeses are contaminated with rBGH and excess levels of IGF-1 unless they’re labeled “NO rBGH”. Imported European cheeses are safe since Europe has banned rBGH.

How do you know if one is drinkin too much? Like almost everyday like 2 drinks, is that ok or is that a sign of alcoholism. but if not drinkin then smokes not cigs either.

I'm 23 old, because of my job I have to sleep only 5 hours aday.
thats why I drink much coffee , but now my stomach hurts so much when I eat or drink any thing
I think this is because of the coffee

i use disposable contact lenes..most of the time am quite comfortable with these but i've got 2 problems:
1.i get burning sensation when i remove them after a long day.can i prevent that?
2.sometimes for days together i don't use these.so should i be changing the saline water everyday??
