You should loosen the elastic band for a few hours every day, otherwise you may cut off the blood flow and it will drop off.

rest , legs up, to ease your faintness.
apply an ice pack!

there was a story line like that on greys anatomy the other day. turned out the guy had a benign growth on his spine. but then again, it was just a tv show..

Actually, it's priapism if it's been that long. It's very dangerous and, from what I hear, incredibly painful. You need to get to an emergency room NOW.
