What does it mean when you squirt bright red blood after you poop? It happened last night and today everything was normal. I haven't been in any pain, been sick or lost any weight. What could this be?

For the best answers, search on this site, you can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here:

Note that:
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Sounds like you have hemorrhoids. Take more oils in your diet so that you don't strain when having a bowel movement. You might want to use one of the Hemorrohoid creams on the market to help shrink them.
If it continues, I would see a doctor.

Not sure what the cause is but you need to see the doc and get this checked. Call and get an appointment set up as this needs to get checked out. It could be an internal hemorrhoid or a fissure or tear or it could be something else but it is not something you can ignore just because things are ok today.

I just had this checked out last month. It's called a fissure, dry skin within your anal canal. It's not a hemmoroid. The doctor suggested warm baths or go to your doctor to get an antibiotic cream to heal it.

you need to see a doctor, the only time I have heard of blood after having a bm is when you have hemmerroids, but I have never heard it termed as "squirting". That doesn't sound normal. good luck

This could be very, very serious IF the blood is coming from your rectum and isn't menstrual flow. If it is not menstrual flow, see a physician as soon as humanly possible. Go to the hospital emergency room if you have to. But get seen by a medical professonal. If it is what I, with forty years clinical experience, think it is, you cannot delay getting seen and starting treatment. Get going!

Oh my God was must be horrible. You probably have hemorrhoids..which can be painful and cause bleeding. If you are over 40yrs. old check with your doctor for cancer in the colon. Or maybe you have been eating foods low in fiber and that caused your stool to become hard and it damaged your colon has it passed...Relax and make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can.!!! Good luck!
