I do eat and everything but I dont grow any inches? Withen last 2 years I lost 2 inches.

And for most of my life I am always 85-87 pounds but sometime affter I eat I get on scale and it says in the 90's but next morning back at my 85-87 area. Why what wrong with me?

I Heard that i iodine was great for removing shin tags and moles, well i tried it it didn't work only stain my skin it looks scarey now so i need all the advice i can get. thanks you all.

I'm not completely sure what kind of injury it is (muscle, joint or something else), so I don't know if I should be using it, staying off it, cooling it or heating it. O_o
Last night I was practicing kick-boxing, but I'm still somewhat of a novice, and I wratched up my left knee. I'm not sure if it happened when I was kicking with that leg, or when I was twisting on it to kick with my other. I didn't notice anything till I stopped.
Now I get a real shooting pain (right near the kneecap, on the outside edge of it) when I stand on it straight (when you lock the knee), and when I bike or use stairs it kind of grinds or clicks. O_o It is only a bit swollen and warm, on the outside side of the kneecap, and also when I walk it feels like there's a pillow in my knee.
I was going to go running tonight - is it still ok to do so? Running on it doesn't seem to hurt it.
So, any advice?? Does anyone know exactly what I did to my knee? Thanks!!

Hello. I have been taking Prozac for 2 years now for depression issues. I am 19 years old. About 2 months ago i got tired of takin it and saw no need for it and i quit taking it w/o telling doctor. But 2 months later i started getting chest pains... and my heart rate would rise, shortness of breath, and paranoid thoughts come to my head. I went to the doctor, thinking my heart may b n trouble. I told him i quit taking prozac and he said that is why i been having these anxiety/panic attacks, and he told me to immediantly start taking the prozac again. I started taking it again but i still have these attacks from once to twice a day.... the doctor and my friends mom (who is a respiratory therapist) said i will continue having the attacks until my body once again gets use to the medicine, which will take a few weeks... even tho they tell me this i still worry, am i just worrying for no reason? or is what they told me the truth, and im perfectly fine?

I have to have surgery on my right foot. Derotating my little toe, cutting out a ganglion cyst on top of foot, a small bunion off the little toe side (what the podiatrist called a bunionette), a planter's wart and a corn removed from the baby toe, a rhuematoid nodule cut out from the middle toe and a corn cut out from the 4th toe.. The wart and corn is from pressure from the little toe curving under 4th toe. Am I kidding myself to gave a goal to be back to normal by the 6th week after? How bad will the pain be? Or should I go with just a few procedures? I was prepared to have surgery on the derotation of the baby toe, but the rest is too overwhelming. I am scared to death and have 2 kids......I don't feel that I have time to be laid up for 2 months and not be able to walk. Any help, information, past experiences, opinions would be helpful. I do have rheumatoid arthritis and have been treating it for 5 years now.

I had diarrhea and held it in for almost an hour and a half. Towards the end I started getting all sweaty and itchy and my eyes turned red and looked funny. After I relieved myself I got VERY itchy and my whole body turned red with hives.

went to bed three days ago. was a bit hot so went to bed naked. woke upm the next day and felt pain by my kidneys , lower back. Went to be next day and was fine then woke up again wit pain.

I get sick alot and my doctor prescribes Zythromax. It works great but whenever I'm on it I feel really depressed, sad, upset, antisocial, and lonely even if I'm in a good situation. Why is this and how can I make it stop? It's really the only medicine in my price range to get rid of w/e I'm sick with and I've already become semi ammune to amoxycilin.

Well I know cramps hurt, but still come on...
Theres no need to be in a bad mood, and have a temper.
