Mine went, old age I thought, no energy, got very tired, but when I got mouth ulcers ad saw my doctor, a blood test showed up low levels of Vitamin B9 and later dangerously low levels of Vitamin B12. I got prescribed B9 Tablets, like 12 times the strength of those you can get in Tesco, and B12 Injections and am beginning to feel better, so go and see the Doctor, my B12 deficiency could have led to nerve damage if left untreated, scary.

A lot depends on your age and what you may be going through in your life. If it is depression, that can cause you to not care to get up and go, if that is the case, see your family dr. if at all possible. Could it be the weather??? Depending on where you live can even be a factor, dark, gloomy skies, rain, cold, etc. Maybe even vitamins, but like I said it depends on your age and why this seemed to happen to you now.

maybe you are depressed ?
Maybe your metabolism is low -EXCERCISE usually increases your metabolism -try walking briskly for 30 minutes, if you are fitter try jogging at a good pace for 30 minutes - see how you feel after.
Is your body getting enough rest ? are you sleeping properly or do you wake up and cannot get back to sleep? your body needs at least 6 hours of rest
Go to your health/vitamin store - get a good multivitamin - i drink health supplement juice such as Noni or Xango or Goji or Envibe in addition to a complete vitamin regimen.
Hope that this helps !

honey, if your get up and go has got up and gone, it might send you a postcard, letting you know it's still with you, try something new, meeting people, go walking, different music, do something different every month. You'll soon find your get up and go, hasn't got up and gone afterall xx
