You did not post your age or height, so I'm not sure if this is a sign of a disorder. But loss of height is not normal in males, until the old years of their life. 60+

If you want to grow you need to take in a healthy amount of Iron, Calcium, and Protein. two 8oz glass of milk a day will provide this. Make sure you take a multi-vitamin each day also, and eat lots of meat. Also are you physically active? Bike riding and sports such as basketball tend to make boys taller. This is from the stretching motions required from these activities. Give it a try.

If this is a serious issue for you (extreemly short compared to others your age) then you should tell your parents. There are growth hormone options available for you, and they usually don't have many side effects for the youth.

Turn 30, quit smoking, marry an Italian woman and take a job that requires you to spend a large portion of your day on a chair in front of a computer. If you're lucky, you'll hit 150% of your current body weight within 6 months...

After puberty you don't really grow to much more as far as I know. And as to your weight you must have a very fast metabolism. If you want to gain weight then try some protein shakes ones with a lot of calories. There is one called Ensure that helps gain weight. My mom was very thin but she was ill and she tried to use Ensure, helped al little :)
