There are dozens of probabilities - ulcer for one. Don't know the way historic you're, however that's much less most likely for a more youthful character. Could be gallstones, would be pancreatitis, possibly esophageal erosion from repeated heartburn, would be aspect of your digestive method being pinched in a hernia, .... There isn't any approach for someone who responds to do whatever greater than bet what the predicament would be. You say you're petrified of medical professionals, however a health care professional is the one person who shall be competent to truthfully examine the suffering and, I desire, furnish a few comfort for you. Go see one ASAP. I can not advise whatever to lessen the suffering, considering the fact that anything you could take would make the difficulty worse, or masks the indicators for the health care professional who you'll finally need to cross to.

I don't think it had anything to do with what you wore (or didn't wear) to bed. Possibly when you are hot like that, you aren't drinking enough liquids. Dehydration might be causing pain in the kidney area.
That's just a guess on my part, and if I were having the pain, I'd see a doctor. I'd want to rule out appendicitis and other problems.

Drink extra water to cure the kidney pain. Everytime you have the chance to drink, take up the offer. You don't want to risk getting kidney stones, OUCH!
