Sometimes when I'm alone, I make up songs like "giggly piggly wiggly, there was giggly piggly piglet in the wiggy wiggy woo room, they went giggle woo giggle boo and a big hoo hoo!" , and sometimes I just sing it to myself or hum it.

I just use cute little words in the songs like: pumpernickle, pickle, wiggly, woo, boo bear, ziggle, giggle, dickle, wickle, mickle, nickle, capickle, zamickle, wizzy, poo (bear). I call them Ickle songs.

Am I worthy of a record contract, or am I just insane?

We are asking about the physical movement of 3 or more unborn human infants. Is there a lot of twisting, turning, pushing for space? Or do they lay peaceably in one position with few changes during the last 4 months of the pregnancy?

Sometimes when I talk to my girlfriend at night she will say things that do not relate at all to what we are talking about. There will be a pause in the converation then she will say something like "that is a big house" (example) but we weren't even talking about a house at all they way she talk sounds how someone would sound when there talking in there sleep but shes awake. and when I ask her about it she doesn't understand why she said it but she does remember saying it. I tell her I'm worried there may be something wrong but she says its just because she's tired. She is usually lying in bed when this happens, is it possible she may have a problem with her brain or is she just tired?

I tried finding an online website where we nurses could connect, chat and share stories about nursing practices and such from around the world but couldn't find any.

So I decided to make my own, the problem is I have never done this kind of thing before so it will be a work in progress....

I have a spinal problems and it is hard for me to do anything I just started going to water exercise classes and the people are very nice, but in the day I am very lonely and i miss work and i talk on the phone but most people i know work and are tired and our conversation are slowly but surely becoming different. I know I need to find something to do but even writting this is hard and my arms will be so sore later for this. I still like to read what is going on here. So what are some of the things you would do if you were me?

I am 15 years old. I always did good in school.Like 4.0 GPA. I never cause trouble and I was always nice to people. Ever since I started high school last year, I have been having more trouble in school. I don't know why. I work hard still. I study and I never miss any assignment. This year it's worst. I can't even get a 3.0 GPA. feel as though I'm not smart anymore. I don't have a boyfriend nor am I looking for one. I've also been crying a lot because of my lowering grades. I've cried at least 5 times a day for about a week and I just feel sad all the time. Is something wrong with me? I really want to know.
I've also been sleeping late and lacking food. I just don't feel like eating anymore because I'm just worrying all the time. I was 130 pounds last weeks and now I'm 123 pounds. I know that's not heatlthy, but I can't help it. I'm not even hungry. I try to eat, but I just don't feel like it. My biggest worry is how I disappointed my parents. Please help me.

i've had this since i was very young. some nights when i'm really tired, before i fall asleep, my body goes into full paralysis. I am fully aware and awake, breathing, but i cannot move a single muscle. i get really scared if this happens when i'm face down for fear i will suffocate on my pillow. i may last for several minutes before i'm able to move again. no doctors could tell me what it was. it feels like my body went to sleep before my subconcious did. what could this be?

I am a freshman in college and want to pursue a nursing degree. I want to have time for my duaghter also. I don't want to work 7am-7pm every day because I would not be able to go to any of her school functions. Any nurses have sugesstions or should I just go with another career?

My friend's fiance has a sever breathing problem stemming from smoking to much a day. He's 28 and on oxygen tanks. His doctor says he's sacrificing his life. My friend can't get him to stop because he refuses and were're all worried. What are some good quit tips. Also what are some effective ways to comminicate with him to stop. Thanks a lot!
