How can I take out the contact lenses from my eyes easily?

Hold your eye open with your index finger and thumb, then with the other hand, pinch it off (not hard of course). There you have it!

Moisten your finger tips with the contact solution and then hold eye open with one hand and pinch out with palms of fingers that have solution on them. gl

They should have shown you & had you do it in front of them. It's not something to mess around with. You wash your hands then use your index finger to gently slide it to the side & off your eyeball.
