I obviously know that for males they usually have a larger amount but as far as consistancy and color does it look alike?

I think that is a common thing after a man has ejaculated inside of a woman. I have as well as a few of my girl friends experienced the same thing...that fishy smell is a combination of the vaginal secretion and the man's ejaculation. In other words the bacterias mixing together make that smell.

Guys generally don't actually have more than girls. If the girl is being pleasured properly that is. SPerm from guys is usually white, where when a girl ejaculates its nearly clear. I know from experience that when my girlfriend does it there is ALOT of it, and it's definately not white.

Female ejaculate is usually almost clear. It's thinner, sometimes watery. Males have sperm in their ejaculate, making it thicker, stickier, and more whitish.
