Have had progessive hearing loss...female, early 60's...hearing aids help about 75%...but hearing loss is getting worse...anyone like me or have had success with a stapedotomy or other alternative?

I was told before that I had an ulcer (no real tests were done) but I did feel better with the meds I was prescribed. I haven't taken them in years and when I drink alchol more than like twice a month about two or three hours after I start drinking I will get the horrible pain in my stomach (not my guts, where my actual stomach is) that is so bad I can barely move, breathe or talk. I have almost gone to the ER before but it will go away in 15-30 minutes.

i had my eye checked today, and the doctor dropped some eye drops into my eye to check to see if its healthy.
the side effects of the drops are that you can't see near sided well.
To those who went for contacts and had these eye exam, are the black part of your eye suppose to get larger? i know that the drops loosens your eye muscle but like 6 hours passed, doctor says 2-3 hours will go back to normal
but it looks like it got larger.
do anyone know why its like this? or what should i do

everytime i laugh or cough, something in my stomach pops out and back in. i've heard it could be a hernia, and i'll go to the doctor but i don't want to go and sound like a complete idiot saying i may have a hernia, when it may not be.

I tend to accidently stick my finger in my butthole when i diarrhea or take a shi*, i wipe my butt but i accidently finger the hole and shi* gets all ove rmy finger, can someone help me prevent that ? Also i have a problem wit sniffing it, its addicting. Anyone else have this problem?
