Whenever I fall out of a tree, I have a friend check all of my extremities to see if I've broken any major bones in the arms or legs. After that, I ask someone to remove my shoes and tickle my toes to make sure I haven't broken my neck or spine. If I am bleeding (a condition that should have been discovered during the extremity exam), a bandage or tourniquet might be in order.

Asking me to recite my name, age, and address might give you a clue as to whether or not I have a concussion.

If all of these tests prove negative, and an ER doctor confirms that I am okay, then you may beat the hell out of me for climbing the stupid tree in the first place!

First of all, did they just BARELY fall out of a tree? If so, why are you on the computer? Call 911!
Second of all, it depends on if they are okay. If they're not moving, check for a pulse. Call 911 right away, and DON'T MOVE THEM. They might have broken ribs that could puncture their lungs if you move them.
And I wouldn't suggest CPR or anything. Just stay by them till the ambulence comes.

Quickly Quickly Quickly and gently, pick the person up and put them back in the tree, prefably on the same limb. If their mother smells you on them though, she could abandon them and then you'll have an awkward tree person falling you around, and you might have to put them down.

If they look like they may have broken bones, do not move them. You can worsen their condition. Call an ambulance. If they look hurt, but not seriously injured, carry them to the couch or bed and apply alcohol/hydrogen peroxide to any cuts and feel for any broken bones. I would also give them Tylenol for pain. If you're really uncertain on their injury, take them to the emergency room for check-up.

get them to the hospital, they may have internal bleeding and no one would know. they could also have a neck or back injury and not know it either. better safe then sorry don't be concerned about getting into trouble it would be better to be in trouble together then alone because they die.
