If you truly did that, you need to go straight to the ER, as you have taken enough to overdose.
Call 911 now.

If you took that many you wouldn't be on yahoo typing this question. Drink a coke or something with caffeine. Caffeine may help with headaches for some people.

I'd chase those twenty-five aspirin down with some Grey Goose. That will definately get rid of your headache.

drink a lot of water an go to the hospital,that much aspirin will eat holes in you stomach lining and you will bleed to death internaly duma azz!
