I have been wearing my sister's contact lens her eye doctor had prescribed to her, so far my eyes are still okay. The contact lens is 1.0 diopter and I wear 100 degree eye glasses my doctor prescribed to me, a little research came up that 1.0 diopter equals 100 degrees (most asian countries refer diopter as degree). So I'm just wondering if it's okay to wear her soft contact lens as long as we have the same diopter. There are also measurements of a contact lens such as its diameter and base. Should I care about these measurements?

I figured I have DSPS ( Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome) My sleeping period is 4am to even 3pm sometimes. This started like 3 weeks ago and it is giving me trouble with the social life and work!! I hate pills, please don;t tell me pills or hypnose teraphy. I want to know should I not sleep for a day , or should I go to bed very early which is not working obviously, or go to bed late. If you know about this please give an advice. Thanks :)

If I look you don't see anything, but she says it hurts sometimes its not red and it doesn't look like a pimple. She told me it hurts and to feel it and it is like they are swollen. She has had this since she was eight a few months ago, I doubt she is hitting puberty so what could this be? I plan on taking her to the doctor but i forgot cuz she rarely says anything about it unless she was rough housing with her brothers and they accidently hit her there.

My daughter looks like she has just begun developing chicken pox. She was immunized a few years ago. Will she get a lesser outbreak because of the vaccine and, if so, around how long would she be contagious?

The second part of the question--When I was three, my brother and sister got chicken pox and my mother swears that I got one pock. Does anyone have an idea whether or not I might be immunized? I've heard that chicken pox in my late 30s wouldn't be much fun.
