Maybe you should go for a walk, read a good book, call a friend, eat some chocolate, pet an animal, smell some flowers, take a bubble bath, buy a new outfit, give a hug, get a hug, watch a comedy. Pray to the Lord to wrap His loving arms around you and surround you with His unconditional love.

Sure. Go into your kitchen. Stand facing the counter top. Hands on top of the counter top for balance. Squat down slowly. Go up slowly. Do this 10 times.
Step back a bit, hands on the edge of the counter top. Put one foot back, firmly on the floor. Do counter top pushups, stretching the calf of the leg set back. 10 times, then reverse your feet and do 10 times.
This will loosen up the biggest muscles in your body; everything below the belt line, push your endorphins up, make your blood flow better and faster.
Afterwards, you will feel a LOT better. Do at least once a day. Takes about 5 minutes of your time. Anytime you feel down.

the best thing to do is have friends around you.you need not tell them if you choose ,of your depression. but if it's just a passing dumps...... then keep doing what makes you happy if it's long term speak to a counselor or pshycologest so your best answers and maybe meds if needed can be added and only if on time your thoughts and feelings appear normal to you again

How about calling some friends and going out to the mall or the pizza parlor. Don't be alone when your down it just makes you feel more & more alone and secluded. Call your friends even if they just come over to hang-out listen to good music, play some games, whatever. or even call your best friend and she if she'll come over maybe you need to vent why you are feeling this way. I am sorry you are feeling down I hope this feeling passes quickly.

Obviously I don't know why you are feeling like this. However, when I am feeling down I find listening to music takes all my troubles away and usually if I have a good workout down the gym.

feel exactly the same. Exercise helps, if it's unusual for you to feel like this just go for a brisk walk or a swim, clear your head.
If you feel like this a lot go and see your GP and get help with it. Depression is very common, I had it after my 2nd child and think I may have it again.
Prozac worked well for me last time.
Good Luck.

Dont really Know, I just hope no one says "Cheer Up" as that really gets to me when I am depressed.
Try having a nice candle light bubble bath whilst listening to your favorite CD.
That cheers me up.
