I take Dramamine or Bonine. But get the non drowsy meclizine rather than the dimenhydranate. The dimenhydranate makes you too sleepy to enjoy your trip.

Ginger pills....if the Mythbusters are right that is.

That may sound like a joke, but I give those guys a lot of credit. Try it...it's natural, so if it doesn't work, at least you won't have to worry about nasty side effects.
