I take Dramamine or Bonine. But get the non drowsy meclizine rather than the dimenhydranate. The dimenhydranate makes you too sleepy to enjoy your trip.

Ginger pills....if the Mythbusters are right that is.
That may sound like a joke, but I give those guys a lot of credit. Try it...it's natural, so if it doesn't work, at least you won't have to worry about nasty side effects.

dramimine makes you sleepy. I used to take this stuff called Bonine they sell it at Longs or Rite Aid

Don't concentrate your eyes on nearby objects or objects that are moving fast. look at the horizon.
