how oyu go about telling your parents is a personal decision, but I would just sit them down for a talk and be honest. Dont be too dramatic in telling them because that may just help to reenforce the steriotypes of cross dressers that they may already have. Just be honest and gentle and ask them to please help to acept you for who you are. Make sure you point out that you are still the same person that they have loved forever (even if your in a dress)

Sit them down and be completely honest about how you are feeling and your choice of lifestyle. Be sure to take into consideration how they may feel after you tell them this. If your parents have no clue or even sup pensions about your cross dressing it will come as a complete shock to them. I think the best approach is a subtle one. No matter what they are your parents and they love you and always will!!!

Just be honest. Parent aren't stupid, they may even have a little idea anyway.
If they can't accept you for who you are then that is their problem.
I wouldn't suggest borrowing any clothes though until you know they are 100% ok with it!!

If you're serious, you should probably talk to a professional. Don't listen to the Yahoos on this site. How ever you go about it, be gentle and be ready for fire works.

Walk out in a dress. No words needed.
But dont wear heals, you might need to be able to run from your dad, and sister/mother (for wearing their best dress)
