You didn't mention if you excersise or not...
The advice you have received so far is really good, so if you don't excersise, then beginning a gentle excercise routine would be a good start.
If you do excersise on a regular basis, are you over-training? Perhaps if you do train you should check with your doctor in case you have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The fact that this seems to only have started recently seems strange. Has anything sygnificant or stressfull happened in your life recently?

I think the easiest thing you could do is when you sleep, count from a thoudand to zero. BUt don't sleep way too late. Go to bed in a time that isn't so late. The latest time to go to bed is 11:00 PM. To be able to wake up, put your alarm clock really close to you. From my opinion, the best alarm clock would be the radio type. CAuse when my alarm clokc turns on, the radio is in the max sound.

I personally have found that excercise helps me sleep better, maybe that would help. I would also say that you should get into a routine. This may work similiar to behavior modificaiton. Go to bed around the say time each day, not matter what. After a period of time you'll be tired at that time each day. Good luck.

Are you getting enough daylight during the hours you are awake?
It might be worth treating it as if it were jetlag - use the Jetlag calculator on this website to see what's the best approach to take, and when you should be getting daylight.

Lets hope you work nights. Stay awake all night and day. No caffeine close to bedtime. Make yourself get up at a certain time.
