Denise Austins Fat Burning Blast, George Foremans Walk and Box, and Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies. I know he looks gay but it works and its fun!!!!!!!! I lost 107 lbs in 9 months doing these tapes. You also need to lower calories.
