My boyfriend died 20 years ago. He was in his mid 20's. He was burried in an above ground crypt facing north. With normal burial preparations what would he look like in his coffin now? I have always been curious as to what people look like when they have been in the grave for long time. Would I recognize him?

The doctor says that I will be on bed rest for eight weeks and in therapy for another three months. I have heard from several people not to get the surgery because that its a bigger risks to have it and i will be in more pain than i am in now. The thing is i use a cane and when i go shopping i have to use a motorized shopping cart, i use a chair in my kitchen to cook, wash dishes and clean my counters. I cant stand for more than five minutes and cant walk for more than ten. I take 13medications a day. I cant even keep up with my kids anymore i am missing out on so much of their lives. I cant go on none of their school field trips because they require lots of walking. And to make things worse i get severe anxiety attacks on top of all this. Any suggestions on what i should do would be greatly helpful. I am at a total loss of what to do.

My apartment building is over 30 years old. When I first moved into my apartment (even though the carpet was shampooed), there was still a stale oder of smoke from the previous tenant, but it wasn't enough of a problem to bother me. Now, however, the smoke from the upstairs neighbor bothers me intensely - even to the point of making my eyes tear! I've never smoked; yet I feel as if I'm breathing secondhand smoke, and it affects my throat. (I'm a singer.) I've tried fabreeze, oust, etc. to eliminate the oder, but to no avail. I'm assuming the smoke is somehow coming in through the walls, and my open sliding glass doors, but closing them is not an option - unless I don't want to breathe! Neither is moving! And I doubt if this person will quit smoking. Any suggestions?

I'm fourteen years old and can't seem to fall alseep at night, even when I'm really tired. I get in to bed between 9:30 and 10:30 but spend HOURS just tossing and turning and my mind-racing. I've tried taking Melatonin with milk, but it hasn't been doing anything. What can I do to help me fall asleep??

I bumped my toe. This reminded me of the time a horse stepped on my foot, which in turn reminded me of the donkey I once fell from, just like I fell from my bike only last week, when stopping for a duck followed by a line of little ducks, those yellow ones, at which my childhood bully threw stones, because he had a good aim, especially in the winter when he could threw a snowball right in my face from the other side of the street. But I guess I had a pretty good childhood.

Actually, I wouldn't have a problem with my selective memory, if only I had some control over the selection.

I am a children's social worker in Orange County California and the great majority of my clients are drug addicts...mostly meth. Basically, we came in and were forced to remove their children from their care in order to protect the children. Their meth addiction led to a horrible deterioration of their lives, placing their kids at great risk.
About 90% of my clients are parents who must overcome their addiction and stay clean from drugs in order reunify with their children.
Do you have any tips in order to say clean?

Also, with meth, are there ways to detect meth use, other than formication (speed bumps), rapid speech, positive drug tests and decaying teeth?

Im also intersted in any random and informative info on meth that you might have to offer.

Thanks.
