Try going to be earlier. I find I need 8-10, depending on how my head feels, and how much I do through out the week. I also tend to find I hit the snooze button some mornings. So on mornings I HAVE to get up when my alarm goes off, I set more than one alarm that will go off within one minute of each other. Two jolts in a minute get your blood pumping, where as normal sleep buttons let you sleep another 9 minutes, allowing you to just get into a good sleep again before it goes off again, which can actually make you feel even more tired, and make you hit it again and again. This risks making you more and more tired, makes it harder to train your body to get a good nights sleep, and can lead to severe headaches. Let yourself go to bed earlier for a few weeks, and try to find out exactly how much sleep you need. For some people 7 hours is too much, and for others, 9 is not enough. Listen to your body. If you have trouble falling asleep, try tips like, staying out of your bedroom through out the day. Exercise. Write down all the things you want to remember the next day so that you won't stay awake worrying you'll forget them. Don't eat after supper unless it's a small bowl of cereal, something that won't bother your stomach or head after you've gone to sleep. Don't have caffine after 3:00 in the afternoon. and simple tricks like this. Good Luck! :)

Well, here is the first thing. Get to bed earlier. Sorry there sport, but you gotta do it. Next, tell yourself befor eyou fall asleep that you will get up when the alrm goes off. Do this everynight until you start doing it, and then you will fall into a pattern. I only hit the snooze alarm twice now at most.

Put the alarm clock far enough away from the bed to where you have to get up to turn it off. If you have a close enough bathroom, put it in there. There is also an alarm clock that moves so it is in a different place everymorning and you have to get up and look for it to turn it off.
Also, think about how much you want to keep your job. Being consistently late can get you fired.

set your alarm on the other side of the room from your bed so that you've got to get up and walk around to turn it off (or be annoyed to death other wise heh).. getting up and moving around and what not will wake you up and make it less likely you'll hit the snooze button and lay back down lol...

Put your alarm clock somewhere far away where you can't reach it except by getting up, like at the other side of the room. You can also ask a friend to call and keep calling till you pick up!

My husband has the same problem, try setting your alarm a little further from your bedside, so you actually have to get up partically to turn it off.... you could also try to go to bed a little earlier, even a half hour makes a differance.

Find a clock without the snooze option.
Or better yet...stop being so lazy.

Place your alarm clock far away form your bedside. You'll be forced to get up to turn it off.
Good luck!
