Mix rubbing alcohol and peroxide together, then take eye dropper and drop it into the ear canal. Peroxide will stop any infection, and alcohol will dry it up. That's what they put into those really expensive bottles of "Swimmer's Ear" remedies. Read the label.

I got and ear infection, and a little hard lump under my ear in the soft bit of my neck, I got it through swimming in the sea in Turkey.
Go to the Doctors and get some antibiotics, as it will only get worse, trust me!

go see the doctor. i had the exact same thing. I had a lump, not caused by water in my ear, but similar. The doctor performed surgery while i was sleeping so it didn't hurt. in your case, it might not be that serious to have a surgery, but you never know. Good Luck!
