I went to the doctor yesterday and he said my hip and lower back pain is caused by a sacral rotation in my left hip. I have looked all over the web to figure this out in plain english and I still don't understand. What is it and how can I help myself here?

My (4 year old) son does not burn when he goes out in the sun. He is very dark skinned (he is white, but his father is spanish and I have quite dark skin).

Should I still use sun protection on him, even though all he does is get darker? Am I putting him in danger by not using sun cream on him?

I know why we sweat, I also know how important sweating is for our health. I just don't know why the sweat makes our skin sticky, and I really don't like the way it feels. Can people offer me an answer or an explnation? Thanks a lot.

Once, again, I'm doing research for my current novel. I was wondering if anyone has had the experience of blacking out, and would like to share, as I have never had the fortune. I heard if you took vinegar shots it could clear it up. Is that true? if not what else could i drink/eat to clear me up besides waiting 30 or more days? I know there are products you could buy like xxclear but I dont have the money for it.

In California, people aren't allowed to smoke in restaurants, most public buildings, movie theaters and pretty much everywhere now .. I was curious if Apartment complexes across the State are banning people from smoking too? There are people who smoke cigarrettes out in their balconies and the smell travels up towards where I live. It's very disgusting and am planning on having kids in near future. I'm just worried about second hand smoke and what it can do to harm my future children and myself. Does anybody know?
