Hello Dear, please reject some of the stupid answers.I will try to give you the exact answer. First, the hair pigments can be fading and then again working,so stop bothering about some grey hairs right now.Of vital importance is how you shampoo and condition your hair and what you must take as supplements. You mentioned that your hair is thinning,I strongly recomment you to use the best( as per my experience) brand Phyto..Use their great shampoo Phytocyane, containing Gingko Biloba,Grapeseed Procyanidins etc(bear in mind that the pigmentation of the hair will be regain with that stong anti-oxidant formula of that revitalizing shampoo)..To "boost" you hair grouth, strenght and energy apply 2 ampules a week of Phytocyane ampules for women..They work fine..I can tell you a bunch of too expensive supplements for hair, but again work great Pantogar(also is against white hairs) and Revalid, you may seek for them in the nearest pharmacy..Best of luck!!

For the grey hair, that is just genetic and nothing can really be done about it. Its no big deal really and most females of the Western world actually colour their hair in some way. I would recommend buying a home colour kit, try Clairol or another wellknown brand. They are cheap and as long as you stick to a shade close to your natural colour, nobody should notice. It is cheaper than having a hairdresser do it for you and actually gives hair a fantastic shine! More so than if you don't colour your hair.

For thinning hair, I recommend shampooing it no more than twice a week. Brush your hair when necessary but don't mess with it too much. You can buy special shampoos for thin hair which gives it volume. I find if you use too many fancy products it affects the hair quality, but there are hair sprays and hair mouses which bulks out hair making it look thicker. Curlers placed near the root of the hair.

If you are really worried about your thinning hair it may be hormonal - you could speak to your doctor about it.

I had some grey hairs when I was twenty two, abotu when I was finishing my univerisity course. Grey hairs in the young are typically caused by stress and fatigue, all you can do is ignore them and chill out a little in your life. As for hair thinning, it might be just a natural thing your body does (ask your parents, it might be something that runs in the family). It can also be caused by doing too much stuff to your hair, like washing it, dying it or bleaching it too frequently.

My sister started going grey at 13yrs old, she is now 37 and is completely grey. I'm now going grey at 35, the only thing you can do babe is reach for the bottle ( the hair dye as well ) lol.....

As for the thinning, nope, nothing you can do, just keep your hair long, this way you can camouflage the thinning. I know several women with this problem, and believe me when they do their hair nobody would know it was thin.

Just be confident in yourself babe, and if in doubt get the massy out and accentuate your eyes.

Thinning hair is probably heredity. Greying is cause by low amounts of melanen (pigment prducing agent) in the hair roots. I am sorry to say that there is nothing you can do about both of these problems, other than hair coloring for the hair, and hair transplants.

One major major reason your hair may be thinning is if you are streesed out. You need to relax or do whatever you need to do to relieve the stress. Dont worry about the gray hairs i have been getting gray since I was your age but I just pluck them.. lol You need to relax..... If it doesnt improve in 2 weeks you should go to the doctors because there might be something else wrong. Good luck!

There are a few things I would do, ask if anyone else in the family has experienced this first. Next go and talk to your hair dresser, they deal with hair every day and might be able to help you. Finally go to the doctor about it.
