I have taken my 10 year old son to see a ENT specialist and done an MRI and all is clear but the dizzy spells and vomiting continues. He has given up on this case.

be more specific, it could be a number of things, food poisoning, stomach flu, migraines, go to webmd and check your symptoms.

a. you drank too much and have the spins
b. you just got off of a carnival ride
c. you shouldn't have eated those tamales from a dented can
d. those weren't mints
e. prededed by a dull thud and flash of light? someone beat you
f. you tried that home amputation kit and lost too much blood
g. you woke up next to your cousin, your ugly first cousin

Get a second opinion..as your son will become dehydrated and get very ill and critical very soon!!! Take the films of the MRI to the next doctor so it eliminates wasted time and money getting more films taken..go there now...cannot stress it enough.

It can be many things from an indigestion to being pregnant.Why don't just see a doctor and make sure it's treated and it stops.
