a little while ago my whole body went numb, like when your feet are asleep. It started with my arms, then went up to my neck and face then down to my legs and feet. It lasted for like a week and a half. has this happened to anyone else on here, what was it and what should I do if it happens again?

With all the stories that have been in the news over the past couple of years or so involving teachers having sexual relations with their students, it seems natural to inquire how many on here might have had this experience... how long ago... for how long... etc. Obviously, we cannot go into certain details but it should make for some interesting reading. My life has so many negtaives in it. I stay happy as much as I can but when something brings me down.I fall into depression for a few hours. This is a painful thing that I am going through. If I become sad or mad it stays inside my head for a day or two mabye even a week. But some how I always get the gumption to say sorry, even if I didnt do anything. I am always asked to do stuff by my friend like by them something. I do, but I feel as if they are just useing me. I hate the feeling of beging used. How to I say no when my friend ask me to buy them something or do something when I really dont want to. I am sick of beging a push over, and saying sorry for another ones actions. I am sick and tired of beging pushed around and beging so nice! I have a lil bit of an attuide and temper but I get so nice that it bothers me sometimes. I know it is strange but still....And when I am sad I fall into depression but always find a way to crawl out of it. How can I control my emotions?

Hey I have sleeping problems and the only thing that seems to work is ambien and it takes two pills and they are $4 dollars a piece, you add it up and it becomes very expensive, tried nyquil doesnt work that well, and sometimes I stay up 24 hours and sometimes I only get 3 hours of sleep, I have kids and have to work so this is getting horrible does anyone has any advice?

and my mom always yells at me but thats besides the point....well what i am trying to say is like my eye started twitching like on monday, well not really twitching like a trobbing but theres no pain it makes me have to close my eye because i cant see when it does that.... it happens like off and on alot since like monday....can any one help me?? tell me whats wrong/......could it be stress related??
