I have reingured my hand and want treatment but it happened in 1995. Can I sue?

That depends on if the case was documented by your employer and if you went to see a doctor after it happened. If you have neither it will be a very hard case to prove in court. You should talk to a lawyer who offers free consultation.

you can't sue for something that happened past 6 years. btw, why are you taking action now after all these years..?

Everything has to be documented such as the initial injury, the doctors seen, etc.... The injury appearantly has also effected your typing.
