Ive been taking a prescription drug called xanax for about 2 1/2 years for a panic disorder. Ive gotten my panic disorder under control now but it seems almost impossible to stop taking the pills. Im scared of how ill feel if i dont take them anymore but they are starting to control my life. Im only 22 years old and i dont want to take them forever. How do i stop? I already talked to my doctor and she said that i just have to slowly stop taking them but it seems like the harder i try the more i fail. If anyone knows how i can stop taking them without going through rehab please help me.

i have 3 beautiful children,a boyfriend tht loves me very much..a nice apartment with nice things...in the past year, i cant work,cant drive,i have panic attacks,go to the hospital for the wierdest things when i have an attack, i have racing thoughts and bipolar...i am 28 yrs old and this just happened..why me, i am a good person i dnt do bad things...why do i have to deal with this?

some times i hear a child creing and most of the time i hear people i know talking about random things. its anoeing. i try to sleep but the voices in my head are too loud. most of the time a can hear my english teacher speak to me or just say random things. some times i can hear a girl scream or cry. does any one know whats wrong with me and were i can get help?

i know you get really interesting dream supposivly by watching a movie or eating alot before you go to bed gives you nightmares lol but is there a way to get nice dreams ..the ones that make you happy do something like supernatural or something that makes you horny just curious

i hear voices. some, that are "in" my head, i attribute to my conscience, you know, the whole "devil on one shoulder, angel on the other", but then, every now & then i'll hear other sounds/voices, they just come out of nowhere, they're all misconstrude, ahrd to interpret, so i go over them over in my head, they sound like random lines spoken in films, radio, television, & such forth. these voices usually sound like they come from elsewhere. as if not from inside my head. these sounds tend to arise when there is little or no other sounds around. tell me, is this normal, & if not, what is it?

I am 15 years old and my parents don't allow me to date right now and they won't allow me to go places by myself , and right now I am feeling lonely and sad. I have friends but right now they don't seem to solve the problem. I suffered once from a middle ear infection and had a case of serious vertigo, I was walking in the street and all the buildings, cars etc. starting turning round and round like if you were really wasted. It lasted like an hour but ever since then, 5 years ago, I am scared to feel that again and it has caused me to become neurotic and scared of places with many people like airports and malls..any suggestions?
