You cannot diagnose someone from one written sentence. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee ignore previous answers! If you are unhappy with the way you are, or relationships are affected, please have a chat with your doctor. If not don't. I don't know how old you are, but a lot of this may be symptoms of being teenage.

You seem to be happy being the way you are. As long as doing the things you do do not put you or other people at risk ... No mental health ward will section you! Too short of beds you see!!!
The paranoia bit should be discussed with your doctor though! I mean it doesn't make sense saying you're happy the way you are, while also stating you're extremely paranoid and that ... needs to be addressed. When you say hypo what do you exactly mean? Are you talking thyroid? Blood sugar? Or manic depression? And what about being this obsession over stupid things? Are you obsessive compulsive?
Over use of the word gay, gay as happy or gay as repressed sexual tendencies? shame/guilt/anger ???
Try speaking to your doctor and tell him/her exactly what you wrote in your question. He/she might be able to come up with a couple of solutions that will guarantee you remain happy (As you say you are) While relieving the paranoia and obsessive thinking.

it sounds like ocd/tourettes to me chuk. perhaps u use the word gay a lot because gay can mean happy, and u maybe are just a very happy person, when you're not feeling paranoid. it can pay to be a bit paranoid in this world, as there a lot of dodgy characters about in life.
by the way, if you make up words very quickly, can u perhaps tell me what you think of the word quasicosmogorical, and maybe define it for me? it popped into my head a few months ago, and i still havent got a clue what it means.
seriously though, if you are genuinely concerned that you may have a mental health problem, maybe you can get in touch with your gp, and have a chat with her/him about your worries.
and if you really do have a mental health problem, be reassured that some of the world's most talented and gifted people are/have been mentally ill. creativity, sensitivity and mental illness can be related, and channelled positively given a healthy direction. and contrary to popular belief, mentally ill people can be as bright, if not brighter than ordinary folk. it can depend on what criteria you use to define intelligence too. mental illness can be disabling, yet it can also be the making of a person. consider the poem "if" by rudyard kipling.
one last word to anyone who may be considering intimidating somebody with a mental illness: don't mock the afflicted as it could be you or yours one day, as we none of us know what life is going to throw our way.
love and peace people.

it sounds to me as tough you have but if it does not interfere with your normal life then live with it and enjoy life but if it does interfere with your life or upset you or other people then i would suggest talking to your doctor. but to many doctors are only to willing to feed you with drugs and some of these can do more harm than goodand a lot of doctors wont accept this and then you get fed more drugs and it can be a vicious circle if your happy and feel its not a problem then dont worry about it the only person that really knows your mind is you and acceptance of a mental health problem is the first step to overcoming that problem. good luck and be happy

heck, everybody uses the the phrase left leg in every conversation.
really, this is no place to get a diagnosis but is sounds like o.c.d..a common and treatable disorder that can pass on its own.
when i was a kid i had to race any car that was approaching from behind, while i was walking, to the nearest phone pole. i would try do do it in stride but would run if i had to. it passed. if it dosent bother you, it probably no big deal.

when a person has to be diagnosed thats when you know you have a mental problem.....it's not that your wierd.....you have a chemical imbalance.....doctors take the time to get you balanced again by prescribing medication....but this could take time since diagnosis takes time....be patient about it...go see a person who can tell you if you have a mental condition......a doctor
