get a dream catcher. I have one and it's good karma. Also look into feng shui for your room. If your room is set up peacefully, you'll sleep more peacefully and dreams may get better. Eat good and don't eat too much before bed.

Hopefully you are not asking because you have nightmares. The best way to increase good dreams is to improve your overall quality of life through stress reduction, spirituality, and life goals, a good support network of friends and family. I read the Bible before bed to relax and meditate on my connection with God. Furthermore, I find that time with my dog helps me to sleep more peacefully!

Clean out your mind beforehand. Put a notebook beside your bed. Write down any negative thoughts, worries, chores to remember, etc so that your mind is clear. Keep a notebook of good thoughts you like...picnics, clouds, sweet summer kisses, etc. Read that before you go to sleep. MAIN THING THOUGH: Get enough sleep. When you deprive your brain of enough sleep, it can't relax or recharge itself. Good Luck and Sweet Dreams!

Normally if you're happy and in a good mood before you sleep your dreams are better, don't TRY and think happy thoughts because that won't work, leave your mind at it's natural state

I tend to have mostly nightmares, but I find that if I think about things I like before I go to sleep and go in a good mood, that helps.

i believe that what you do during the day tends to have an effect on dreams. Dont stress, dont be envious, relax in life, and your dreams will improve for sure.
