how about instead of bottleing up your emotions, you start doing something to let it out like writting a journal. it will help you get out what you need to get out, and keep it from building up inside you. if things people do bother you sometimes, you should talk to them about it. but if you are able to let it out on paper, things dont always seem as bad as they do when they are in your head. write it down and read it once your done, and it will help you overcome it.

Well, it is not healthy to bottle your emotions all inside and not let them out. If something is bothering you, you need to talk to someone and work through it. If nothing else start writing in a journal that helps me.

Every emotion needs a little distraction. Drink lots of water first then pour it out to a listening ear. Then pray thereafter.
