Meditation and Prayer don't take a lot of effort and both can make you feel better. Next time you're alone- all you have to do is think positive thoughts- remember the last time you were happy and why- focus on that- now you're meditating.. you don't have to sit on a bunch of pillows saying "om".. As for prayer- sometimes a little goes a long way-"God/Goddess/ Allah/ whoever - guide me today".. easy really..
Something that has been working for me is keeping a journal. I know you said that you're lazy but it's probably more like depression.
You will need to focus on why you feel like you do- what will it take for you to be happy. I have been keeping mine since Jan and I can't tell you how much it has helped. Just jot down a few thoughts at first- then later go back and read what you wrote. Think of how you were feeling and why. Think of how you feel now and jot that down. Whatever you decide- it will need to be something that you are willing to do and something that works for you. 22 is a good time- but I promise you this beloved, something my mommy told me- she said that the person that I am at 22 is not the person I will be at 32 and she was right! Believe it or not she was- you are still growing and learning you.
This is not an easy journey but it is a necessary one to mold you into the glorious person that you already are but just don't know it yet!
Good luck to you and many blessings~ hang in there- It really does get greater later!

Happiness, is an emotion that we find within our selves, it is not something that exists outside of you. Except when you see it in the experience of others, but that is their happiness, which you may or may not share, it's you that decides.
Some people say they find happiness in material wealth, or their status and position in life, but that is out side of them, and is not true happiness.
I think that you may find your true sense of happiness, if you address your, laziness issue, ask your self, " What would you like to have happen ?" Indulge in your wildest fantasy's, of just how you would like your life to be, then ask yourself, " whats stopping myself from reaching these goals ?"
You are now part of the way to finding happiness, the rest is up to you, the longest journey begins, not with a step, but just a mere impulse, wishing you a safe and happy journey.

You will have to learn life skills entirely on your own. Groups can teach how the aura works and how it affects your emotions but you are alone. It will be very difficult to succeed in your study without some help. You may have to use drugs if you are in no condition to think out your social problems and your health problems. Maybe later in life it will make more sense.
