I'm trying to prepare for a 5K. I'm in great physical shape with the exception of my lower back. Right after the first mile my lower back really tightens up. If my lower back doesn't tighten up, I'm in a great situation in terms of performance..

What do you think are the causes of this? What can I do to prevent this?

I've had this problem in high school and gave up cross country and tried to slowly build up but no matter what it tightens up

we have talked about symptoms of diabetes my quation is how do you feel as diabetic how it hurt? any body has it out there?
