Good enough for what? To eat, to wash your hands or do you mean to keep from getting pregnant. Well, I wouldn't eat it, definitely use it on your hands but for birth control or disease prevention...NOT gonna work. You need to use condoms during any type of sex. Before it even enters because the girl can get pregnant even if the boy does not ejaculate in her vagina. Same with spread of disease....obviously, if the condom breaks you tried unsuccessfully at protecting yourself and should immediately wash with soap...but also talk to your health care professional about test. Hope this helped

Regular soap is good enough. What regular soap does is creates a slippery surface that allows everything to just slide right off. Regular soap is so reliable, it's even the recommended product for removing radioactive metals from you skin. Anti-bacterial soap is actually more harmful unless it remains on your skin for 2 minutes or longer. When you don't allow for the full 2 minutes required, then any bacteria that remains would be the most durable bacteria.

Regular soap good enough to wash away the diseases or viruses that accompanies sex? No. It would not. Actually this is a myth in my country, that you can prevent HIV AIDS by taking a bath and drinking vitamins after sex.

If you are asking if regular soap can protect you from HIV, syphillis, or other STDs, the answer is no. Safer sex means using a latex condom. Showering after sex is fine, but is not really considered safer sex.
