If a man kidnap a woman and abuse her, what will she expect the law to do with him?
What does the judge in USA decide for these animals(men)?

This would be a felony, which is the most serious category of crime. Depending on the extent of the abuse, it is probable that the man would be sentenced to 10-40 years in prison.
Such men are not animals -- animals behave better!
"Slapping" is most definitely not tolerated in this country (US)!

If the abuse is a slap on the face, the judge will usually throw out the case, because most women need a good slapping to calm down from their female born hysteria.
Also on a different point, men are actually not animals, as we lack a vertebrae that qualifies us as animals. The scientific name for a man is an endo-lactyite.

Well, first I hope she tries to beat the crap out of him, and maybe cut his pecker off. However if that does not work, and he gets caught, then he goes to prison for a long time, and gets abused in prison by other men.
