It won't hurt you either way. If YOU (not your friends) feel the strong need to masturbate, then go ahead. It won't hurt you. If YOU (not your friends) don't find it satisfying, then don't. That won't hurt you either. I never have, but that doesn't make me morally superior -- I just never felt that I neeeded/wanted to.

its healthy phisicaly but not mentaly....it causes guilt and feelings of iscolation or so ive read. It becomes addicting and make you focus on pleasuring your self and takes awake concentration on others
